Warranty and Backup

We absolutely understand that purchasing a commercial vehicle is a big expense and it is a real problem if that vehicle is off the road, especially when it is being used for your business. We also understand that anyone buying a vehicle would want some guarantee that they are not going to have any problems for a decent length of time or, at least, if they do have an unforeseen problem then it will be resolved with the least inconvenience to them as possible. This is exactly how all of us at Economy would feel too and so it is what we provide to our customers.

All of the vehicles we supply come with a minimum of 6 months parts and labour, unlimited mileage and unlimited number of claims warranty cover for total peace of mind motoring. This can be extended further if you require and various good value options are available.

Should your vehicle be off the road for breakdown or repair under your warranty then we will provide you a totally free courtesy vehicle, covered on our insurance, for you to use so your business keeps going and you stay on the road. You have the option of us putting right the issue or taking it to your own trusted garage nationwide for even more flexibility. We understand that you may not want to bring the vehicle back to us for a repair if you are not situated locally to us. Unlike many other dealers, we recognise this and are happy to give you the option.

We have been trading for over 40 years and work very much on repeat business and recommendations. We don't want to just sell you a vehicle and then never see you again. We are here to help and support you so that we see you again and again and hopefully we will also see your friends and family who you point in our direction.

It doesn't just end there. We cannot stand the idea of making money our of peoples misfortune. We have heard countless stories over the years of people being charged by main dealers for radio codes or fitting wiper blades or a wing mirror etc. We find this kind of approach unbelievable. If you are a customer of ours then you are part of the family for the lifetime of your ownership. If you need a radio code that we have then we will give it to you for free and help you install it into the unit. We don't raise you a £50 invoice for the privilege. If you have someone knock off a wing mirror or a wheel trim etc then we will get you a replacement with our trade discount and we will show you our invoice so you see we don't make a penny on it. We will also be happy to help you fit it for free.
