Delighted to have purchased my van from Neale earlier this year. Having chatted to him and Matt last year they gave great advice and were not pushy in any way - this approach led me back to them when I was ready to buy. I was guided through everything with the van, the warranty and given great flexibility to do a few jobs to the van myself prior to collection, ensuring it was ready for work ASAP - they even received a delivery for me from my supplier, what more could you want? However, the van did unfortunately develop a fault relatively soon after purchase, but it was covered by the warranty. Neale was very accomodating in liasing with the warranty company and my mechanic on my behalf to take the hassle away from me whilst I worked (using one of their free courtesy vans). First class service and very highly recommended. When I can afford to upgrade the van this is where I'll go to do it!

I bought a van last year, just what I wanted for a used vehicle, friendly and professional service. Went over and above to help me sort out extra locks and window covers ( very good value) and the after service is second to none. That is very important to me and should be for everyone. They are so helpful. And just take the hassle out for you. I sincerely recommend you take a look if you are buying!

The reason why Economy Vehicles Ltd has such excellent reviews is clear when you deal with them. They work very hard to give fair and honest service. People are rightly suspicious of the second hand motor trade due to the actions of all too many in 'the trade' that have historically given the industry a bad name. Economy is a beacon of good practice. I am delighted with my van. The one teething issue that there was, which I suspect, would not have been apparent with a thorough inspection, was sorted out promptly at no cost to myself and carefully scheduled to cause me the least inconvenience. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone seeking peace of mind when purchasing a van.

I bought a vehicle with finance which, after looking around, was extremely competitive. The whole process was quick and smooth, the customer service was great and the staff are obviously very knowledgeable. I would be happy to recommend and to use again myself in the future.

Franchised dealerships are meant to be about trust and reliability, but recently a Renault dealer charged me £80 to identify the part required to enable the electric windows on my Trafic only to tell me the part was out of stock and unlikely to be in stock for the foreseeable future. All told, I was without windows from October to March: until I dropped in to see Economy. Part ordered and windows fixed in less than a week. I’m never going back to the official dealer and I’ll always come to Economy, they are both trustworthy and reliable.

We bought a new van from here on Monday. The salesman was very nice and very knowledgeable. He showed us a couple of different vans and helped us choose the one that was right for us, even though it took quite a while, I'm very indecisive lol! When we did finally decide, he also arranged for the couple of things it didn't have to be added. The best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.
